A therapeutic process that involves working with mental health professionals to address emotional, psychological, and behavioral concerns. It provides a supportive and confidential environment for individuals to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences in order to improve their well-being and quality of life. Through regular sessions, therapists help clients develop insight, learn coping skills, change negative patterns of thinking or behavior, and promote personal growth and self-empowerment.

Therapy can be effective in treating a range of mental health conditions, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, relationship issues, stress management, and also issues in sensory motoric, and early childhood development. It is a collaborative process that encourages individuals to actively participate in their own healing and transformation, leading to improved emotional well-being and a more fulfilling life.

Psychological assessment

Psychological assessment is a process that involves the systematic evaluation and measurement of an individual’s psychological functioning and mental health. It is conducted by trained professionals, such as psychologists, to gather information about a person’s cognitive abilities, emotional well-being, personality traits, and behavioral patterns. Psychological assessments utilize a variety of standardized tests, interviews, observations, and self-report measures to gather data and gain a comprehensive understanding of an individual’s strengths, weaknesses, and overall psychological profile. The results of the assessment are used to diagnose mental health conditions, inform treatment planning, provide recommendations for intervention or support, and enhance self-awareness and personal growth. Psychological assessments are commonly used in clinical settings, educational institutions, forensic evaluations, and occupational settings to aid in decision-making, treatment planning, and improving individuals’ overall well-being.

Individual
Intelligence Quotient (IQ) tests are standardized tools designed to measure human cognitive abilities in several domains, including verbal comprehension, visual-spatial recognition, fluid reasoning, working memory, and processing speed. IQ tests can be taken for self-improvement or study/work requirement purposes.
Career Pathway & Exploration Test (CPET) consists of a battery of tools that assesses an individual’s cognitive capacity, personality, and work patterns, to identify personal strengths and preference towards a particular career field or major. CPET may also be relevant for working adults considering career growth or a career change.
A thriving relationship requires a clear understanding of oneself and our partner. Our pre-marital and marital assessment tool can help couples evaluate their knowledge of and expectations from their marital relationship. We use PREPARE-ENRICH test, a world-wide used instrument for the assessment.

The Clinical Evaluation Report (CER) is an assessment that combines clinical observation, interviews, and validated test instruments to obtain a mental health certificate (Surat Keterangan Sehat Jiwa) or establish a clinical diagnosis (if applicable). Some people use this assessment to understand themselves better, while others use it to evaluate their functional mental capacity to perform specific roles/responsibilities.

We conduct psychological assessments for companies as part of employee selection, promotion, and evaluation. Depending on corporate needs, this assessment can cover intelligence level and category, verbal and numerical abilities, span of attention, resilience, social sensitivity, teamwork and leadership skills. Every company will look for attributes that derive from their unique corporate values and position requirements. We can tailor the assessment according to each company’s needs.

Being a parent can be rewarding but also a demanding responsibility. Our Parent Support Group (PSG) provides a community where parents can share, learn from, and support each other throughout the parenting journey. Our support group is facilitated by a trained professional, covering frequently encountered topics that are systematically addressed and discussed.
One of the dominant themes in counseling adolescents and young adults is their lack of skills to socialize with others. In Social Skill Support Group (SSSG), such a skill could be trained and practiced through role-playing. A trained professional facilitates the group sessions.
